Tous Ensemble, in association with CURE International, offers the only clubfoot program in the south west of Haiti. Clubfoot is a common congenital deformity involving severe twisting of the foot which, as a child grows, can painfully prevent or limit mobility, requiring extensive, invasive surgery to correct. With simple, early intervention clubfoot can be treated and disability prevented. FONTEN technicians, in partnership with CURE International, employ the early intervention Ponseti method of weekly castings followed by bracing to efficiently and effectively correct clubfoot.
